Fees & Billing

Client Responsibilities

Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own their website content and customer data. Certain third-party platforms and tools remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

No Guarantees

We work hard to help your business grow, but we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, lead volume, or rankings. Results vary by business, market, and effort.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask Mr. JM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or third-party tools.
