The short version

This site has one form. If you fill it in, the answers are emailed to Ask Mr. JM so a person can reply. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with advertisers, and you can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.

What is collected, and only when you send it

Nothing is collected just for reading this website. When you submit the inquiry form you choose to send: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, your type of business, the task you want to improve, the tools you use, and any extra context you add.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers, account credentials, or documents through the form. It is ordinary email underneath, and it is not the right place for anything sensitive. If an engagement needs access to a system, that is set up separately and properly.

Why it is collected

To read your inquiry and reply to it. That is the only reason. Your answers are not used to build a profile and are not passed to anyone for marketing.

Marketing email is separate, and optional

The form has one unticked checkbox that asks whether you also want new lessons by email. It is not required, and leaving it unticked has no effect on your inquiry or the reply you get. If you tick it, you can unsubscribe at any time, and asking to be removed is honored permanently.

Who processes it

• FormSubmit delivers the form submission to the business inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses, which means your browser requests them from Google when the page loads.
• Cal.com handles scheduling, but only if you choose to book a call. If you never click a booking link, you never reach it.

Each of those companies handles data under its own policy. No advertising network is embedded on this site.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, this section changes with it, before the tracking goes live.

How long it is kept

Inquiry emails are kept while the conversation is useful and while there is a business reason to keep them, then deleted. Marketing subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe, and the record of an unsubscribe is kept so it is not undone.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email mr.joelmoreno1984@gmail.com and say what you want. There is no charge and you do not have to give a reason.

Children

This site is for people running businesses. It is not directed at children under 13 and information is not knowingly collected from them.
