Workflow assessment
Review one process end to end and identify a sensible starting point for automation.
What it covers
- A walk through one process as it runs today, step by step
- Where the work stalls, doubles back, or gets re-typed
- Which steps are rule based and which are genuinely judgment
- A written recommendation for a sensible first automation
What it does not cover
- Building the automation. That is a separate piece of work
- A review of every process in the business at once
Settled before any paid work starts: Deliverable, how many workflows, and the fee.
Automation implementation
Build a scoped integration or an AI-assisted workflow around the tools you already use.
What it covers
- Connecting the agreed steps between the tools you already pay for
- An AI-assisted step where one genuinely helps, such as drafting or sorting
- A defined review point so a person sees the output before it leaves
- Testing against normal cases and the awkward ones
- Written handover so your team can run it without me
What it does not cover
- Replacing a system of record you depend on
- Anything that needs access I have not been granted in writing
Settled before any paid work starts: Tools, access, testing, exclusions, and handover.
AI setup and training
Help a team use selected AI tools for defined tasks, with the judgment calls left to people.
What it covers
- Choosing which AI tools fit the tasks your team actually does
- Setting them up with your own context, so answers are about your business
- Working sessions with the people who will use them
- A short written reference they keep afterwards
What it does not cover
- A general lecture on artificial intelligence
- Ongoing managed service, unless we agree that separately
Settled before any paid work starts: Sessions, audience, materials, and follow-up.
No fee is listed here on purpose. The same job costs very differently depending on which tools are involved, what access exists, and how much of the process turns out to be judgment. You get a scope and a number in writing before anything starts, and nothing begins until you agree to it.
