Where I am coming from

I am a retired US Army veteran based in Kempner, Texas, and I run my businesses from home. That matters more than it sounds, because I am not advising from the outside. I run the same kind of small operation you do, with the same scattered files, the same inquiries that go quiet, and the same jobs that only exist because nobody automated them.

How I actually work

I start with one process. Not a strategy deck, not a transformation program, one process you already run and already find annoying. We map what happens now, find where it stalls, and decide what is worth changing. Sometimes the honest answer is that automation is not the fix, and I would rather tell you that early than sell you something that does not help.

The part I care most about is where a person stays in the loop. A workflow that quietly sends the wrong thing to a customer is worse than no workflow. Deciding which steps a machine can finish and which need your eyes is most of the job.

About the presenter you see

The image of me across this site and in the lessons is an AI likeness, used so the material has a consistent face and I can produce it quickly. I would rather say that plainly than let you work it out. The voice, the opinions, and the work are mine.

What I have not done yet

Ask Mr. JM is early in AI automation consulting, and the site says so where it matters. There are no automation case studies published yet because there are none I can show you with a client's agreement and real numbers behind them. The client work that does exist is on the  examples page, described as what it is.

When there is something real to show, it goes up with a name and a date attached. Until then, the lessons and the walkthrough are how you judge whether I know what I am talking about.
