AI workflow automation examples
and real client work.

Two different things live on this page and they are labeled, because they are not the same. One is a worked demonstration. One is real client work.

Illustrative demo

From website inquiry
to a reviewed reply.

Fictional data, a plumbing inquiry, five stages. Nothing here is a recording of a live client system. It exists so you can see the shape of a workflow and decide whether the shape fits your business.

The interesting stage is four. A person approves, edits, or rejects, and when a required detail is missing the workflow flags it for review rather than inventing an answer.
StageGoes inComes out
01  Inquiry receivedA form submission: name, email, and one line about a leaking water heater.A new record, timestamped, with the source page attached.
02  Information organizedThe raw message plus whatever the form collected.Contact details separated from the request, and the job type tagged.
03  Response draftedThe organized record and your own saved answers for this job type.A draft reply that asks the two questions you always have to ask.
04  Owner reviewThe draft, beside the original message. You approve, edit, or reject. Nothing goes out on its own.
05  Next action recordedWhat you decided.A follow-up date, so the inquiry cannot go quiet by accident.
Real client work

Ms. V Mobile Care

The Ms. V Mobile Care home page, showing its in-home care headline, pricing line, and two contact buttons.

Website build and lead capture for a mobile care service in Central Texas.

A live site with a working lead path, built and handed over. It is a website build rather than an automation project, so it is listed here as what it is: evidence that client work gets shipped and stays up, not a claim about automation results.

There are no automation case studies on this page yet. Ask Mr. JM is early in this line of work, and a case study is only worth reading when the numbers in it are real and the client has agreed to them. As projects finish and clients approve what can be published, they will appear here with names, dates, and what actually changed. Until then this page shows a demonstration and the client work that exists.
